Resident Steve Clarke noticed that 73 lights in the corridors and stairways of this 4 storey apartment block were left on 24 hours a day. Eventually these lights were replaced by movement sensitive LED lights which now saves £1500-1600 per year. Resident David Armistead will be joined by Ian Meckleburgh of Alian Energy who can advise about LED lighting. David and Steve received a LESS Energy award and were the subject of a short film that you can view at www.lessenergy.org.uk.

Please book at greenopenhomeslancaster.eventbrite.co.uk or phone 07475 099934. Please park in visitor spaces (marked v).
